Key responsibilities:
Pickup & delivery: Collect packages from restaurants, boutiques, antique stores, pawn shops, and similar vendors; deliver to customers, other businesses, or designated drop-off locations.
Customer service:
Confirm orders, obtain signatures/photo proof, communicate ETA changes, and handle simple customer queries professionally.
Item care:
Securely pack or secure items on the motorcycle; assess packages for safe transport (fragility, weight, weather protection) and report any concerns.
