Our call centre team will call the vendors customer to schedule for delivery.
Once customer confirms, orders will be sorted out, well packaged and are sent out from the warehouse and handed over to our well trained and standby dispatch riders for delivery with payment on delivery upon arrival
We then send a delivery report to vendors once every day and remittance follows once payment has been received.
