Our Offerings?
We handle all kinds of events, spanning from Weddings to birthdays, to anniversaries, baby/bridal showers, retreats, gala nights, Xmas parties, children parties, street jams, corporate dinners, TGIFs, Village Meeting, strategy sessions, board meetings, conferences, seminars, funerals, book launch, brand activation, surprise engagement/proposal parties, etc
It will interest you to know that apart from our frontline activities of ushering, event planning, event coordination and event management, event décor, catering and all, Event Village also conducts training for interested persons in Event Planning, Event Coordination and Event Management. And certified trainees under us automatically get on board with our team for a period of two years. 1) For Corporate Events, Consultation fee is $500. (15% service charge apply)
For Social Events, Consultation fee- $250. (9% service charges apply)
2) Ushering fee is $30 per usher (exclusive of costumes). If we are to provide the costumes, we charge $50 per usher (male or female).
3) For any Surprise Packages, (Birthday or Bridal proposal or engagement) our starting fee is $250.
