Description
I am Zorbari Dinee-laago, a ceramicist, environmental artist, and art therapist. I provide expressive art therapy services that help individuals explore emotions, develop self-awareness, cope with stress, build self-esteem, and improve social skills through creative processes.
My sessions involve techniques such as collage, mandala coloring, drawing, painting on canvas, sculpting, pottery, zentangle, paper pattern drafting and weaving, tie and dye, as well as dance and movement. Through these activities, clients express themselves freely and reflect on their creations to better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
I work with children, teenagers, and adults, supporting individuals experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional challenges, and other psychosocial difficulties. Art therapy may also be used alongside other therapeutic approaches to enhance overall well-being.
My services are beneficial for people facing life challenges such as trauma, relationship issues, learning difficulties, or mental health concerns. Through guided creative expression, clients can reduce emotional distress, improve their quality of life, and build confidence.
No artistic skill is required to participate. My focus is not on creating perfect artwork, but on helping clients connect with their inner experiences, express themselves, and find healing through art.
All services are personally delivered by me, ensuring a supportive, safe, and impactful therapeutic experience.
